Academia Barilla Peeled Cherry Tomatoes - 28.2oz Can (Pack of 12)

I am a pretty good cook, but my marinara was never anything to write home about until we moved to Albania for a tour with the State Department. There, they have some of the best Italian products, and I started using cherry tomatoes for my sauces--marinara, bolognese, vodka..., and they really are the best. I am never able to reproduce the flavor with any other product, and none of the grocery stores around here carry them, so I'm happy Amazon is able to provide it. They arrived on time and beautifully packed in a nice sturdy box.

These are just the product that I wanted and the price was reasonable--though I now have enough to last me a year or so. They are exactly as described and taste great. I made a tomato sauce with them recently and loved the taste.

Bella I love these tomatoes. I will never use anything else to make my pasta gravey.. The are delish!!!!!

Wish they were in our local Fresh markets or Publix. I use these in a wonderful fresh grouper recipe. To perfection!!

These have the good acidy taste for a good sauce.
