I hate leaving negative reviews, but this is just not acceptable. First off, this was not an issue with damage during shipping. The bottle just wasn't sealed properly at the factory - OR - it was tampered with. Normally I'm not that surprised when a bottle of supplements has a seal coming off but with this one it looks crinkled in a weird way - and there's a thin layer of powder on the underside as though a few capsules came apart during shipping - BUT that isn't the case. All capsules are totally intact. See photos.On top of that, each capsule inside has a visibly different amount of filling. Some are totally full, others half full and still others are 3/4 full, 2/3, etc. Just horrible quality control. See other photo. How can anyone expect to get a consistent dosage when each capsule is visibly different from the others? In a $40 product?!Until these guys get their act together, I recommend you look elsewhere for sleep aids. Knowing nothing about AMRAP except that they are consistently more expensive than other similar brands, this one is going back rather than in the trash. GMP facility? yeah right.

I’m 44 and do spartan racing. I train 6 days a week with long runs, weight training, HIIT workouts and yoga. My body is pushed really hard in the intense weeks leading up to a race and it hurts. I have been doing a lot of research on supplements to aid in my muscle recovery and have been using BCAAs recentjybwith good results. The one drink I Ike has caffeine which helps me workout at the end of a long day of work and parenting. Then this old girl can’t sleep and that doesn’t help me at all! Enter this fabulous supplement.... I am small, 5’5” 120, and I take two before my shower/skincare and then I sleep ALL NIGHT and turning over does not hurt and I wake up just fine (not groggy) at 5 am to do it all over again. Yes, I had crazy dreams. But I also slept. And I don’t always.I will be using this nightly. Also I don’t hurt the same the next day ...

Bought this product after suffering for one week of sleepless nights when I got back to working out. I typically have no issues falling and staying asleep but for some reason, after I started lifting hard again at the gym I was having big-time sleep issues. I found ZM Plus and decided to give it a whirl. I always take the recommended dosage before bed on all of my training days. I fall asleep fast and sleep well. I'm not very chipper in the morning but then again I don't think I ever was so, I can't hold that to the ZM. Overall I'm satisfied, will be buying more, and recommending it to people.

Works real well ...but the BIG POSITIVE is the great service and product support from AMRAP... service goes a long way in supplements ...I will be trying other products of theirs !!!... and believe you me I definitely put cost vs effect into my decision to purchase.... but cannot say enough good things about AMRAP !!!!

This product works as adverised. After working a 12 hour shift, I'll take 3 tablets before I go to sleep. I'll wake up fully rested and have minimal muscle soreness.

I have a problem sleeping, so when I read this and start taking it...it was what I needed at that time and place.

This is probably the best supplement I have ever bought. I take adderall for add and it depletes my body of zinc and magnesium and also makes it hard to sleep. This stuff not only replaces all the depleted nutrients but also helps me fall asleep and stay asleep. Will definitely buy again

I love ON ZMA, but thought I would give this one a shot. Did the exact opposite of what it’s intended to do for me. Back to ZMA.
