Effective and Tastes Good
Great Flavor, not bitter or sour. Works well too but has to be taken anywhere from 30 to 60 minutes before heading to bed. Not a good idea of taking these without getting at least 8 hours of sleep. The effects do last for a while and of course, don't plan on driving too soon!

Delicious and quick
I used to use gummies but I'm switching to kosher and this is my favorite vitamin brand now!!!! The chews dissolve really quickly and they taste really good. Excellent replacement.

Nighty Night
Helps me sleep like a baby and it tastes good, too. I have tried mint, flavored melatonin tablets in the past and found them to be too icky feeling on my stomach. This one is perfect as it’s not too sweet.

It helped me sleep.
I have tried different milligrams of melatonin in the past to help me sleep. Some brands/milligrams didn't seem to help. Higher milligrams worked great but I wondered if it added to next day tiredness. So I decided to try this 10 mg chewable from Bluebonnet. Tried it for the first time last night. I'm pleased to say that, at least on this first try, it gave me a good night's sleep. Not sure yet about the next day sleepiness.

Hammer to the head
Makes me sleepy. I take 2 and lights out ! Most times I don't even feel it coming...it's like a hammer to the head , but in a good way. Lol
