Worked for about a month and then the phone stopped recognizing the adapter. Waste of money.

I play in a band and need to play music through my PA system during breaks. The adapter that came with my iphone 7 did nothing but distort the audio when trying to use the headphone jack. This works great..

I had previously bought another adapter and found this one to be the best. I love how when connected to the charger the little light turns on indicating whether your phone is charged (green light) or is charging (red light). Definitely recommend this.Update: After using it for about 2 months, the adapter stopped working. The little light is always on green, my phone no longer charges and the aux port no longer works. I knew it was too good to be true that I could find a good adapter.

Stopped working after iOS update along with all my other Apple to standard converters. Thanks Apple for making the iPhone 7 lack of standard port even more obnoxious.

Works

The product looks cool. It was working well the first two weeks I had it. I was able to charge my phone and listen to music at the same time and all was well. After acouple of uses I was only able to charge my device and not able to hear music simultaneously which defeats the purpose of having it.

This thing is a piece of junk. It boosts the audio about 4x for no apparent reason, but that's only if you can manage to get the audio to play through your headphones when they're plugged in. About half the time my audio will continue to play through my phone's speakers despite being plugged in and charging. When I do manage to get the audio to play through my headphones, any slight movement of my phone or cables interrupts the audio. I don't have experience with the Apple brand version of this, but I'd like to hope that it would be worth the extra money to buy that instead.
