It stopped working after a couple weeks and I noticed the cable was breaking apart near the base. I did received a full refund after sending it back. I'm not willing to purchase this item again as this clearly failed due to poor quality.

Update: I contacted the seller who kindly agreed to exchange the adapter, even though it was beyond the regular Amazon return policy timeframe. However, I had since figured out that I could get it to work reliably with it plugged into my phone with one particular side facing up (it won't work when I flip the lightning cable plug in the other way). Since they were out of the color I wanted and I had this work-around, I elected to keep it. I really appreciated this seller stepping up even though they weren't obligated to.****************************I purchased this 6 weeks ago and it's just started failing. There's no fraying or bending as I take good care of it - it stays in my car and doesn't get moved. It just stopped working. Really disappointed and I would not recommend this product.

Absolutely satisfied. And I didn't know until I got it but it lights up when charging.

I thought I found a jewel...BUT it stopped working after three weeks.My phone no longer acknowledges the AUX connector or charger on this adapter. The product looks great but is not worth the money.... it won't last.

I bought this back in January and it stopped working early March. Of course the return window closed so I'm stuck with a broken item that I recently purchased. The splitter won't charge my phone or connect to my phone at all.

Audio doesn't work consistently. Phone calls do not always play through headphones even when plugged in, rather frustrating.

Only worked for about 4 days and then only with some cables and not with others. Sound cut in and out when it did work. Returned it.
