Improper fittings
The left gripper on the handle was not properly fixed hence the maintenance team could not attach the additional fixtures

I would have given 3 stars for an average product, but -1 for the caliber of the front brake that can't be aligned with the tools given in the box. I bought 2 same bikes and both of them have the same issues, which means the there is a faulty design from the manufacturer.
