Jasmine Perfume Oil

Love this oil! Wish it wasn't so expensive. WTH, I'll just use it sparingly! LOL

While in Bahrain I bought a high quality grade of jasmine oil of essence that smells fantastic. I was hoping this item would be the same scent but it isn't. It has a nice scent but it just isn't the same quality. The bottle in the photo shows a light liquid which is the better quality. The bottle I received is dark which is a lower quality. Also, the product is in a roll-on bottle and I would not be able to make a small bottle of perfume if I wished. The Bahrain version has a bottle with a stopper so a few drops makes a great perfume. If you should buy this, remember a very small amount is all that's needed for a scent that will last all day. Oil of Essence is much more potent and without alcohol, so it is better for most skin sensitivities. Please note not all jasmines are alike. This is middle-eastern jasmine which I prefer. Asian and Thai jasmine are quite different. If you have the money and are adventurous, try the various scents to see what you would like best. A bottle this size will last a very long time and the best thing about oil of essence is the scent is does not fade with time and may actually get better. The roll-on bottle will prevent spills and provide a little more control over how much goes on your skin. If you like jasmine, I would recommend this.

Smells cheap and bad, not like jasmine oil should smell--very disappointing.
