I was struggling with the incline on one of the hikes I did this summer. I tend to not be someone who eats while I hike, because it makes me nauseous. This particular hike, I was really struggling to make it and I felt like I was holding everyone back. I was glad to have packed a few of these and WOW did it make a difference. within a few minutes of eating one of them, I had a boost of energy and felt so much better. Even my heart rate adjusted. I loved the flavor and the ease of ripping off the top and squeezing out the contents. I purchased a 12 pack for the value. Good quality and I will buy again.

Very tasty energy gels. Using these for our big trek up Kilimanjaro in the fall. The protein bars are great but harden in colder temps so bought these gels to see if they are better. They taste great and no strange aftertastes. No GI problems afterwards. Mostly sugar and electrolytes… no protein. I got the ones with caffeine to increase my wakefulness. Great buy when you need a boost during moderate and strenuous exercise.

Very flavourful and they work. Definitely gives you a boost of energy without the negative affects of an energy drink, or having to chug a coffee. They work great when playing a sport or coaching.

En utmärkt energigel! Det är rätt portion. Det smakar ganska bra. Den är tjock och det är en fördel gentemot de rinnande gelerna.
