Great cups, they're HUGE and they look amazing.But guys, please go easy on the packaging. The effort involved was more than breaking open 3 coconuts. Ofcourse ceramics require extra care and need all that padding, but the essence of good packaging is that it is also easy to remove. This aspect also counts towards the user experience and it felt like solving a very difficult puzzle.Other than that, great products in your catalogue. I might order from you again and you shall be charged as guilty for that :)
