Raised to two stars as I was corrected that the fact it is battery operated is BURIED down below in the details and not where I feel it should be. I have no idea how well they work as I was wanting to avoid spending eight dollars per year on batteries.

These lights are beautiful. I used mine in a wreath for Easter. These would go great in a child's room or on a patio as a decor accessory. They are light weight and easy to place into the wreath. This means they are fragile. You have several settings to use as far as speed of lights. I sat them based on my mood. I am going to buy several more sets. ❤❤❤

I love them! The only downside is they use a bunch of batteries but other than that they are really pretty! Also, they have a bunch of different settings where you can make them sparkle or flash off and on, it’s really cool.

These are battery operated and I didn't realize that when I ordered it. It's not that they are a bad product, I would've preferred to be able to plug them in.

Pretty lights and easy to use

These are incredible, used them on a gift basket was actually a crate that we painted and had more than enough lights to cover. This item has like 8 ways the lights blink, great item and you cant beat the price...

Uses a lot of batteries

I purchased two of these sets for my daughter's dormitory next year. We finally decided we should test them out. On one of them, the battery box became extremely hot and the batteries popped inside. We tested it with another set of batteries, thinking the batteries could be the problem, but the exact same thing happened. I don't know if we got one lemon or if the other one will do the same thing in time.
