This is a very sturdy, spiral bound recipe collection. The photos are very clear and enticing. The Table of Contents clearly lists the various sections in the book. I especially liked the nutritional details included in the Ultimate Pulp Guide.I am anxious to try several of the pulp recipes that are included. This would be a great gift for anyone who already owns an Almond Cow!

Should include more recipes for the price. Is the large font just a reason to not do so?

This is a ring binder book. The top two rings are warped. This is the second book that I ordered. The first was even more damaged. This is a new book. It should be in good condition. Books should be sent in a cardboard box, not an envelope. This is a lovely book. I wish I could get a copy that is not damaged.
