I thought it was funny so I bought it as a gift for a coworker, she seemed to like it. Working in customer service means you get to provide customers with service, so this mug is incredibly relatable. The image printed on the mug seems to be really on there. Everything is clear and without mistakes or blemishes. The mug holds liquid like all mugs do, and didn't come cracked, chipped, or damaged in any way.

This is an amazing cup I love the fact that the picture is on both sides, and the idea of the red color which makes the 100% pop as well as the eyes on the owl. I love coffee mugs like this. It is also dishwasher safe but me personally I just hand wash all my coffee mugs. It is a great way to start the day or as my son said to quietly let someone know that it time for them to GO. Perfect for anyone who works nights, deals with tons of people, in my opinion. I hope to find more cups such as this.
