The only thing that I have negative to say about this is is not as thick as I thought it would be and it doesn't stay as cool as I thought it should but it is cool it feels nice

Can’t really smell the infused lavender scent
I light the price .. however don’t like that I can’t smell the lavender scent..?without the sheets.

Did not fit.
Unfortunately, this did not fit our queen mattress which is only 12" deep. Not only were the fitted sides of the protector not deep enough but the top of it was too small so did not cover all of the top of the mattress. Maybe the one I received was defective. The material is soft and constructed well if it fitted. Had to return.

It really works
I admit when I looked at the cooling mattress pad, I thought "this will never work" but in desperation, I put it on my memory foam mattress that kept me sweating and tossing all night. I was amazed. I sleep comfortably and soundly all night. I don't know how it does it, but I'm so grateful it does.

Doesn't stay cool
I washed and dried like it said to.. after two washes it did not stay cool like it was in the beginning. Very disappointed.
