I use this as a weight vest and for the price cant beat it. It is similar to the 5.11 weight vest but at a 1/3 the price. I have 22lbs in the vest and it has held up great, its comfortable on the shoulders even with the weight and small enough it doesn't get in the way of your arms moving. Adjusting the size couldn't be easier, just pull cable out and adjust and reinstall the cable.

This plate carrier is well made, but is lacking in adjustability. I can see where it should adjust, but the loops that you have to pull the cable and Velcro tabs through are too small. I have even tried with a pair of pliers to squeeze them through with no luck. I am a smaller person so my head just fits through so I wear it but I take it on/off slowly. It's actually comfort and utility is great.

I was struggling to find one that fits. This one did. I'm a very broad in the shoulders and thick in the chest. Went from the military to Law enforcement and then retired last year, so I'm facing some weight gain that I want to deal with now rather that later. Needing additional weight resistance to my push ups and chin ups/pull ups. This works great for weight plates.

I'll be using it for the first time tomorrow morning but first impression is the quality seems very good it feels very comfortable it feels durable it feels very secure on the body and I like the fact that you can use it to put body armor in it as an alternative.
