I gave this to my son in law who is an avid grillmaster. It works so well. I love grilled onions sliced thinly, but they would always fall through the cracks. Now I can have my grilled onions just as I like them.

We used this once. When hand washing it with a sponge, the black coating literally washed off in areas, as shown in the attached photos. Very disappointed in this product, especially for the cost of it. Do not waste your money.

Bought these to replace the solid mats that don't actually allow for "grilling" of items. They CANNOT be used on the grill! ANY contact with direct flame - including any incidental "flare ups" while cooking a high-fat or oil content food item will burn through whatever material these are made of.Cleaning after use, even gentle scrubbing to remove cooked-on food particles will tear them to shreds.I complained to the company, they sent me new ones, those burned/tore up too!Do yourself a favor and buy a sheet of stainless steel mesh from amazon for $20 and never worry about it again.

One star is too much. I used them twice and found when washed the black material came off in spots, rendering the mats useless. Curiously, the coating came off on the same spot with each of the mats. A manufacturing flaw perhaps. In any event find another mat. The solid mats I've used never had this problem.

I used it once and could not get it clean, even after soaking. They promote as non-stick but I can tell you that the bbq sauce not only sticks to it but will not come off with a steel brush, even after soaking in dish soap for hours. This is the most disappointing product I have ever purchased. The only claim it lived up to was that the food did not fall through into the grill. Not only did it not come clean and had to be thrown away, cleaning the grill underneath it was much more difficult than without it. All in all, a complete waste of money and a total pain.One star is way too much but there was no way to make it a negative star.

This product is easy to clean, but it’s not like it stops the grill bars from getting dirty, now I have to clean 5 things instead of 3. This product is great for creating a non stick surface or stopping things falling into the grill but not much else.Despite not having any high flame there’s already some melting and a big hole on one of the sheets. I’m a bit disappointed and wish it were better.

Great product! Vegetables grill up perfectly and it is easy to clean. We do a lot of grilling and these are perfect for our needs. I plan on buying more as gifts for friends.

I asked my husband if (you say) a flame hit the mat while grilling & he said yes for a bit it did. Why? And now, I apologize for not knowing that before writing to you previously. So, our mistake. You offered to send new mats & that wouldn't seem fair full well knowing now it was us to blame & we'll definitely be more careful w the other mat. Thank you for getting back in touch.
