Good Book for Science-oriented seekers
Bliss, Creativity & Enlightenment is the quest of almost all meditators, albeit in varying degree.Scientific Research make esoteric concepts easy. Read if you are serious for any of these three 😊I came to know about this book after Reading Mind To Matter, Bliss Brain Book (Dawson Church)

Helps connect the dots
A long winding read... through signposts which will be familiar to anyone who has meditated for a lengthy bit of time.If you have a good foundation and grounding in meditative practices...AND you are content with your practice...this book has nothing new to show or offer you.For those with queries and seeking to connect the dots...the DIY type individuals...this book helps. Whether you are a beginner and exploring...or looking for inspiration to begin/continue the meditation practice...OR you already have previous experience with meditation.I can highly, highly recommend Swami Rama, founder of the Himalayan Institute...one of those EXTREMELY RARE individuals in today's world who WALKED HIS TALK.He is the kind of person whom the authors/collaborators met/observed/conducted experiments on to compile this book.Better to refer to the source...my personal opinion.Swami Rama has been THE source for me on my journey through life. Look up his books and online videos. This book recommended if you are someone as described above!

Very interesting, thought provoking, and life-changing read
A very comprehensive and rigorous scientific testament to an age-old question in human psychology about whether or not meditation makes a difference.

Good read in parts
Book reads like a conglomeration of academic papers. Despite, having useful information, I felt this book to be reserved for academia and not the general public.

Only for native English speakers
I had to use dictionary more than 20 times on every page, makes the book impossible to read for non native speakers.Felt like writers were showing off their vocabulary rather than the science.
