Not what i expected?
I had bought this adapter thinking it would be a quick installation but turns out i needed another adapter as well that converts the cd player in my car to aux. I wish they had been more specific.

Technically doesn't work with my JBL 2007 Prius Radio, But there was a work around...
Technically it would not work with my 2007 Prius as stated as this 20 pin plug is already taken behind the radio. I have the 6 disc JBL in dash head unit. However, I was able to cut off the white plug and solder the wires onto the current plug that is already plugged in. I used the diagram I found online to know which factory wires were which. I now have the current factory 3.5 Aux in that is in the arm rest as well as this aux in that i used to connect an XM radio. Both 3.5mm Aux now work.

Doesn't works on 2007 Toyota Highlander V6 Limited
This is not designed for 2007 Toyota Highlander V6 limited. It use the connectorof the CD device. Waste of money.

2005 Camry, it does not work
My 2005 Camry has a JBL 6 Disc player, and this does not work.
