This album is definitely the breakout or maybe best gospel album of 2014!
I'm still listening to the last song but feel i can already comment on how a blessing this album is! I was kinda a late comer to the news of what led to the breakup of Mary Mary and I wish at some time in the future they could come back. Lyrically and musically, this album is Gold. If you're going through a trial or valley or none of these, this album is worth picking up. I sense God just poured out His heart on Erica to write 13 tracks that are just worshipful, encouraging and frankly...some of what's been missing from gospel music for a while...spirit. Some may not like the R & B upbeats on some song but i love it. Great album. This album will encourage you to hit the floor and thank God for all He's done.

"Help" Is Just the Help I Needed Erica Campbell!
So....I am arguably one of Mary Mary's biggest fans. I have loved hearing Erica and Tina sing together as a duo since "Shackles" took radio by storm in 2000. It was hard to imagine hearing either of them sing solo, and harder yet, to imagine that I would like listening to a solo record by either of them since they are such a dynamic duo. HOWEVER, "HELP" by Erica Campbell is simply AMAZING! It is apparent that Erica poured her heart and soul into this project. It does not, in any manner, sound like Mary Mary, and for Erica Campbell, this is an awesome feat! This record showcases her voice, her story, and her ability to make a song uniquely hers. The musical arrangements and genres are varied and diverse. "Help" is her cry out to the Lord when she's done all that she can do. "More Than a Lover" is the disco-tinged declaration that God is so much more than man can ever be. "Eddie" is a heartfelt, guitar-laced ode to her late father. The first single "A Little More Jesus" takes us to church while reminding us that we all do need a LOT more JESUS! "POG" (Power of God) is an uplifting song in which the chorus repeats the memorable words, "we believe in the power" over and over again until you just can't help but sing along!Mrs. Erica Campbell, I am impressed with your solo debut release. While I will miss you and Tina singing together as Mary Mary, I am feeling blessed by the treasure trove of beautifully arranged songs you have shared with us on "Help." I understand, now, why you had to make this solo move. God has placed a gift in you that needed to be shared with the world only by you, and you alone. This is a must-have CD!

Great job by Sister Campbell
One half of the Mary Mary sister duo brings for an excellent solo effort. A very blessed and anointed album. Especially amongst the turmoil in her home life. Great work Erica.

Awesome Album! Very creative and personal!
I don't write that many reviews for albums because a lot are ok, but they never move me to leave a personal approval. I have been listening to Erica Campbell's album for about a week now and personally bought it because I loved "Help", and am a fan of Lecrae and Mary, Mary. I have to say that this CD may not be for everyone, because no album ever will be, but this CD will touch the soul of a lot of people. Erica put her heart and soul into her solo project and you can feel it when listening to "Help", "The Question", "All I Need is You", and much more. "More than a Lover" is rocking! "P.O.G." is inspiring! The bottom line is that you won't be disappointed in this album. You get to know one half of Mary, Mary on a more personal level and I think that is awesome! Great Job on your CD, Erica!!!

It's Okay
The best song on this CD is "Help", I love this song. The other songs are okay, but I guarantee you that most people are purchasing this CD to hear "Help". They have forced "I need a little more Jesus" to the point of overkill because it is not the #1 single for this CD.

God-inspired
If you like music from Mary Mary and Yolanda Adams, then you will love this phenomenal CD! EVERY song is good, but my personal favorites are the thought-provoking "The Question" and the worship-inspiring "I'm a Fan." This album is expertly written, arranged, and produced, but as one song goes – “Nobody Else” did it; God’s handy work is evident on each note.
