CIBU Origumi Fiber Paste, 3 Oz

I like that this paste is still flexible and does not leave my hair hard and crunchy or sticking together like some other brands. It has a pleasant smell as well.

This Cibu product was recommended by a Bubbles Salon stylist a few hears ago. My hair is short, a bit curly and the product brings out the curl in a good way. I was not happy when Bubbles salons in DC shut down and didn’t inform their clientele so we could purchase products. I was very glad to see Amazon was selling the product.

I first had the product applied at a salon haircut in Tyson's Corner, VA. I balked at the price tag though when they presented it at the counter. I thought I could find a better product or more of it for the money. After trying several products from box stores and other salons I was frustrated I couldn't get the same results. I purchased it online when I couldn't locate here. The product is best used when placed on palms and swirled around a few times. I use it on damp and dry hair. My son has thick and fine hair and he also likes the way it makes his hair look. It is not greasy and doesn't clump. My advice is to make sure you store it sitting upright as it settles with gravity. Keep out of the heat, it is not a product you would leave in the car.

Product arrived and appeared to be leaking due to fiber paste being dried on the outside of the plastic container (See image). But no paste was to be found on the inside of the Amazon box.The product was seal with two strips of white tape. Not sure if this was a returned product that someone else used and then "refurbished".Product itself appeared to be half full (see image).I have purchased and used this fiber paste in the past. I like the way it smells and the way it holds my hair (fine, dry hair). I tend to have sensitive skin, but the fiber paste never caused any issues for me.I can recommend the product, but not the seller due to the way it was shipped and its condition upon arrival.

This is the best hair product for short styles. Easy to use. Gives a lift and definition for that piecey look without stiffness. Also easy to wash out.

My previous product Pureology Texture Twist is no longer being made and I have been on the hunt for a new product for two years. This one is the best replacement ever. Closest to the Texture Twist product but better! Love my CIBU!

It's OK. Smells great though. Not as good as The fiber twist I originally use, but works. Does not have fibers to lay across your hair

I do not agree with this product being a "medium hold." Need to use a lot for it to work, and it does not accomplish what I hope. Also, hair looks like it has a lot of product when I use this.2 stars because of the bad performance, it doesn't ship well (seal breaks and it leaks...this happened twice), and it won't last very long. I am so disappointed that Cibu is not providing Sticky Rice anymore. That pomade had great hold, texture, hair looked clean and bright, and it lasted a long time.
