Excellent customer service
I bought a pack of four of these. One blew within a month. I was very disappointed. These light bulbs look great and they are perfect for outdoor sconces. I left a review and began looking for other light bulbs. These were on sale so I figure I’d buy two packs to compensate for the quality, still cheaper than buying a name brand.They gave me full refund for the replacements that I ordered. Not only that, but they were emailing me once a month apologizing and offering solutions. I was finally able to get back to them and they refunded the purchase immediately.I’ve only had the one light burn out so far, maybe it was a dud, maybe it wasn’t but their customer service is excellent.

Nice LED, But Not As Bright As Expected
These bulbs seem to have less illumination than a 100 Watt equivalent. Dimming works great and LED bulbs are known to be highly efficient and last a very long time. Although the lights did not suit my original needs for brightness, they are very good in other areas and are pleasant, but not blinding. If you need a really bright light, this may not be the best choice, but for nice, more decorative non-blinding lighting, these lights do well.

Love these light bulbs
I love these light bulbs. I love the Edison look but didn’t love the yellow dim color of them, but these are bright and perfect!

Two dimmable modes.
I like how bright these bulbs are. They fit my lamp great. They are dimmable, but only have 2 modes. Does the job, super bright and have lasted at least 3 months already. I would buy again.

1 Light Burned Out in Less Than 4 Weeks
Brightness per watt was excellent, but in about 2 weeks 1 bulb started flickering. In less than 4 weeks that bulb burned out. Don't know if I'll reorder from same company?
