Just one day since I used it. Haven't felt more energetic and relaxed in years! It's a game changer for someone like me with ankylosing spondilitis, then I can't imagine what it will do for someone with back pain with no underlying disease. I've included it as a meditation, and it's just blissful how I feel pranaali energy in parts of my body which were for so many years only in pain. Thank you prosource for this. Planning to buy one more so that I can have greater coverage on legs simultaneously. I also have radiating pain in my arms. So just rest my arms on it and lay a yoga bolster on top for greater pressure as arms aren't heavy enough to feel much. Another mat would help me do both arms simultaneously. I'm in love with this new ritual to my daily routine. Which is just so pleasurable. After the initial discomfort though. What helped was taking deep breaths and allowing myself to be present with the sensations. Soon it started becoming blissful :)

El precio es excelente, el efecto que te deja después de varias semanas de uso, aún con los efectos inmediatos estoy al 100% satisfecha. El estrés se me va a la espalda alta y cuello así que con el cojín hacen perfecto equipo para calmar los malestares; sufro de insomnio y pasar en promedio 20minutos acostada sobre el mat me relaja tanto que hay días que a los 15 minutos ya estoy por caer dormida, sólo lo quito y me sigo. Despierto fresca y descansada! Ah! Un tip que vi en alguna clase de yoga, pueden usar el cojín para los pies también, con mucha precaución pues todos tenemos diferentes niveles de tolerancia al dolor :) NOTA: Usarlos con el contacto directo a la piel es como me ha dado mejores resultados :D

正規品を購入する前に試しに購入しました。手で持つだけでも痛く、素肌では無理なので下着を着用して使用しています。痛みは軽減されて､段々痛気持良くなります。しかし､足の裏は全体重がかかるので､靴下を履いて多少耐えられる感じです。身体は軽くなった気がします。
