The Leader's Edge Development Cards are easy to use, perfectly mobile (briefcase or handbag), and offer goals that I can work on each week. Very nice design and are made of quality stock. The guidebook provides direction on how to use the cards--clear steps, one task at a time. I'm very happy with this purchase!

This has been a GREAT addition to my leadership toolbox! I love the process of setting daily goals which helps keep me focused. I usually set a laundry list of goals and loose steam but this system has been a gouge help! I've starting sharing tips that I've learned with my staff! Thank you for this awesome product!!!!

Great idea!Bought for a co-worker, but kept for myself! Liked the idea of this and it’s packed with insightful tips. Worth buying, but some ideas don’t apply for all companies, or situations.

Wow I feel inspired already! I cracked this deck open as soon as it got here and after thumbing through the cards and gathering the full concept of the action plan i can see how valuable of a gift this would be for that business leader in your life. it is full of fresh ideas and a strategy on how to implement them. I feel inspired like these could really give me the Leader's Edge!

The content is nice, but I hate having to dig out the book. It would be better if the text was on the card.

These leadership cards helped to strategize & focus on my leadership skills. The leadership cards were easy to follow, and extremely help. I was able to see areas where I can take the information learned, and apply it day to day. This is a great tool that will help many people.

I gave two sets of these cards to a HR Business Partner. They use them in meetings with the front line managers. They review one or two topics each meeting. The managers like them.

This product was disappointing. It comes with cards and a little book. The cards are nice and sturdy but they are printed with one word or topic and then you need to look up the corresponding direction in a tiny book. Boo! Would not recommend.
