Dream art
Heard 3D technology for long time , I got my toy finally , I am so happy ! this pen operates using plastic. I think I can do a good art work with my toy without too much spending ! I can not wait to show you my fine arts , I need to practise though .... but I really worried about the safety for kids . the tip is really hot over 200 ℃ . hopefully this problem will be resolved soon .

Christmas present
I saw this and immediately thought of it being a great gift for my daughter. She studied art in high school and liked puttering with different types of media. This will challenge her to becoming the artist that is somewhere in her.

It was easy to assemble - he figured out most of it ...
I have an artistic five year old son who loves building three dimensional objects.I thought the 3D Printing Pen would be of interest to him and I was right!It was easy to assemble - he figured out most of it without even needing the instructions.But I remember I won't let him to do it , because the nozzle of the pen is too hot .He can only play when I am watching .

Practice, Practice
The DIKI pen works well. Contrary to other comments, it does feed evenly. You must understand the this is a new medium to most people. You need patience and an open mind. The first thing you make will totally suck. Don't give up. I learn a new trick or technique each time I make something.( when to move fast, slow, etc.) Your lines will get smoother with practice. Believe it or not, these tiny plastic connections are very strong. I gave it 4 stars because it doesn't perform like the videos that show vertical, horizontal, curly airborne lines quickly drying in place. I've only used the PLA line. I've never tried ABS line so I don't know if it dries differently but like I said, you constantly learn when to go slow or fast to make things work. I also found thecheaper, off-brand PLA line works just fine in this pen.

Works great and easy to use
The replacement pen has been working great. The first one we received was broken in shipping, but the seller was great and sent a replacement. This one has been easy to use and has done a great job for the past few hours that we have had it. We are very happy with our 3D pen!
