*DISCLAIMER* all nutrition for your fish start off with the food you decide to use, Selcon is not a replacement for food. This additive increases coloration and health of fish substantially. A little goes a long way. It increases appetite in finicky fish (like cardinal fish) and makes corals open up for feeding. It does decrease skimmer production for an hour or so after feeding but then goes back to normal.

This is especially great for if you have a new fish and want to ensure they're getting all the nutrients they need while settling into the tank. Just soak frozen food in it while thawing, or if you're hatching baby brine shrimp, add a dash of this to coat them before adding them into the tank, and ta daa! You have an extra nutritious food for them to help combat any immune system dips while they're stressed. It can also be used as a soak for regular feedings to pack that extra bit of nutrition into the food before offering it.

Pros: adds nutrients for your healthy or sick fish. Fish love it Cons: can’t really think of one! I didn’t see any spikes in nutrients in my reef tank with using it regularly.

Not sure yet the fish are eating it But It seems to cloud the water a little bit

This is essential IMO to add to your marine fishes diet. This bottle will be for my homemade “Reef Chili” that I just learned how to make. Doing what I can to make my fish healthy and happy!!

I add this to my fish food for my saltwater reef tank & the fish love it! It also brings out the colors in my fish, they are nice & healthy! I recommend everyone get this. It’s also recommended to keep fish from getting sick & if they are sick it helps entice them to eat as well.
