We decided to try making the mozzarella. Directions started off fine, but mid way through it was harder to follow since this was our very first time and had no reference. The directions need better proofreading too. We ended up finding an online video that helped us get through the rest of the directions. Hard to know when the ‘curd’ was set. Grateful that the end product turned out well and was tasty! A nice video would be very helpful since the kit appears to be for beginners.
