Samsung Galaxy Tab A 7-Inch Tablet (8 GB,Black) (Renewed)

Recieved these yesterday. I got these for my 6 & 5 yr old LO's I've always purchased them tablets from walmart the kid made ones and would go through atleast two a year....screen would break or just wouldn't last. So this year I wanted to try somthing different. These came when expected. Nice repackaging But, one thing that had me dazed and confused was I order the 7A and Got 6A? Not sure if that means anything. I ordered cases specifically for the A7 tab but, I've emailed the company they sent cards in the mail with this item. Renewed item. So I will update that. Anyway my kids love love them. I linked my gmail's to both no problem. I did order memory cards for both these tabs... in other reviews I seen where there is no room but we downloaded abcmouse, YouTube of course and kids messenger w/o a problem of space. The memory cards aren't in yet. Anyway so far my LO's are pleased and so am I...so far. Btw, in other comment reviews I read how the touch screen is a bit slow or you have to like make sure your clicking what you want firm and all though in away this is true. I find it works great for my LO's because for kids they could touch somthing there not trying and with the way the tab is it's like a good typing speed or touch speed for kids? If that makes sense?

Amazon delivered package in perfect condition. However, the third party seller did not prepare the tablet properly. First, the tablet came with ‘talk to speech’ turned on. So, you could not operate the buttons properly or type anything, as the system would get stuck on that button and not allow anything further to occur. After restarting a few times and no changes, I figured out how to reboot the device and it finally turned that feature off. After that I proceeded to the initial set up screen, only to repeatedly be met with the following error message when initially signing into Google: “unable to sign in to device due to a recent password change. Please try to sign in again 24 hours after the password change was performed.”. Funny thing is I WAS NOT EVER SIGNED INTO THE DEVICE and I had not changed my password. Also tried changing password thereafter and signing in, but that did not work either; same error message. This is one of the most disappointing and frustrating purchases I have made in some time. I recommend buying another product, from another seller.

I got this after trying one of those $50 dollar cheapo android tablets. I just wanted something I could keep by my bedside and check e-mails on occasion. After using the $50 cheapo for about 10 mins it made me want to smash it into little pieces with a hammer, so I returned it and got this. It was a little more, but it is ridiculously better than the cheapo was. I was able to upgrade it to Marshmallow and it works great. It's very zippy and responsive and I'm very happy with it. The only thing I don't love is that the charging port is on the top, and since I keep it plugged in all the time it's sort of awkward, but no big deal. It also has no flash, so no flashlight app....

If you are looking for a decent tablet for reading or web use, this is a great bargain. Not the fastest or the prettiest, but it does the basics as well as any other 7" Android tablet out there for a lot less $$. I use mine primarily for reading, and use both a third party reader (Moon Reader Pro) and the Kindle app (which, even now, needs some features improved that are, of course, implemented much better on their own devices). Moko makes a nice case for it, but screen protectors are few and far between. This is my second one, as the screen shattered on my first when it was inadvertently knocked from my hand and went flying. My biggest gripe with this device is there is no indicator light to show that it is charging (red) or charged (green) when connected to the charger, as is standard with all of Samsung's phones. Why they couldn't add this feature is a mystery to me, but there it is.Lastly, know that this tablet will not upgrade beyond Android 5.1.1 (Lollipop), but again, not a deal killer for me.

We must have bought 20 tablets (Asus, Chinese versions, and older 8" Samsungs) for 2 kids over many Christmas holidays. Each year, every tablet will either crack from a simple drop, the battery will die prematurely, or in most cases, the charging port gets so loose it is no longer effective at taking a charge. The Samsumg Tab A is the first tablet that has lasted longer than any others. The kids also appreciate the snappy graphics and performance for their Minecraft and Roblox gameplay. If you have kids and you are considering a tablet for their gaming and school activities, this is a good bet!

It so old that some of the apps , are not able to work to make the drone work

I love this product so much, it's a very convenient and cute size that fits perfectly in your palm, there's plenty of storage space for me to have all the apps I need, and the pixels are amazing! All around great for the price would recommend for sure. 👌🏽

This tablet is a piece of junk not really happy with it at all. Claims to be renewed and in excellent condition . Connects fine with my mobile hot spot but takes extremely long to download my app that I wanted on it. Wish I had purchased new
