Great Way To Add Flavor To Stocks And More
I've been buying the Kitchen Accomplice broths for over a year now. They have a rich flavor, are easy to use, and easy to store in the fridge. The suggested ratio is two tablespoons of concentrate to one cup of water or stock. I use less, usually one to one and half tablespoons for every cup of stock. That's because while this variety is reduced sodium, it's still quite high at 480 mg per tablespoon. Using less that the suggested two tablespoons of concentrate, I find that my end product is still full-bodied and flavorful because I add it to my own homemade stocks rather than just water. But I also use this concentrate for adding flavor to long-cooking rice. Again, I use one tablespoon of concentrate to one cup of water for cooking rice. It gives just enough flavor to the rice without adding too much sodium. What I like most about this brand is that it has more flavor than just salt. I've tried concentrates and bouillon cubes that smell more like chicken and beef than they end up tasting. Instead of flavor, they just seem to add salt. The Kitchen Accomplice varieties add rich flavor you can actually taste in your end product. The end-cap only dispenses the concentrate when you squeeze the bottle. In other words, you can hold it upside down and nothing will come out until you squeeze. This lets you easily control how much comes out at a time which makes for precise measuring and no waste. There's also no waste when you get near the end of the bottle because you can simply twist off the cap and add your liquids to the remaining concentrate. This Kitchen Ccomplice Reduced Sodium Beef stock is a great price on Amazon as an add-on item. These concentrates retail for $5.99 in my grocery store although I try to wait and buy them when they are on sale or buy-one-get-one-free. This is how I make my own stock: I brown chicken or beef bones in the oven then put them in my crock pot overnight on low. (If you buy a cooked rotisserie chicken, don't hesitate to save those bones for stock too.) I add water just to cover the bones. If you have wilted veggies like onions, celery, tomatoes, and mushrooms, toss them in as well, skins and all. When I see my veggies wilting, I'll even put them in a zip-loc bag and freeze them until I'm ready to make stock. You can add a bay leaf and whatever fresh or dried herbs you like. The next morning, I pour everything from the crock pot through a fine strainer and now I have a really good stock base that has no salt added. When I make a lot, I'll portion that out into containers or even zip-loc bags and put the stock in the freezer for the next time I make soup. When I'm using this homemade stock, I only add about one to one and half tablespoons of the Kitchen Accomplice concentrate for every cup of stock. Adding the Kitchen Accomplice broth concentrate to homemade stock like this is infinitely tastier than simply adding it to water and definitely lets you use less of the concentrate.

Best broth on the market!
I love this stuff. I bit the beef, chicken and veg! It’s so easy and good. Even my kids buy it now and use it. It’s way less salty than cubes or powder. It’s very convenient and it’s all got great flavors. I haven’t bought cubes in 5 years! This is the best broth to have on hand. Stays in the fridge and I just grab it and squirt!

Excellent beef broth concentrate
I use this product to "beef up" the broth when making beef stew, beef-based soup, beef gravy and a brown "mother sauce" for chicken marsala. It has a really good beef flavor and I like that it is reduced sodium so that I can control the seasoning appropriately. The regular bouillon products are way too salty even when diluted. I also like this because it keeps well, so I can use it for when I just need a small amount instead of opening a whole 32 oz. container of beef broth or stock.

Best broth concentrate! But it was open and leaking inside the box.
I love this beef broth concentrate. I cannot find it in my local stores anymore so I am glad I can find it online. The concentrate makes a rich beef flavor, better than any other type of cubes or "better than bullion." This is much easier to use than the stuff you can find in the jar too... no digging for the last bit. The only issue was that when I received it, the bottle was open and leaking inside the box. The lid was unscrewed, the safety seal broken, and concentrate was spilled inside the box and all over the bottle. I don't know how that managed to happen, but Amazon replaced it when I notified them, which I was very grateful for.

Such a great concentrate
I love it for how easy it is to use, no granules to dissolve, blends well with water and has a great taste. I would buy this again.

Best beef flavor, without so much salt!
Some Go-rillah in the shipping chain bent the box and ruptured the bottle I ordered, but Amazon issued a refund. Amazon is good. On to the product: Excellent for soups, stews or anything in which you want beef flavor. I have used this from my local grocery store and it is very good. If you don’t, (or hesitate to), use bullion cubes because of the sodium, this has a lot less sodium relative to the beef flavor. In other words, you can get more beef flavor with less salt. The price on my purchase was comparable to the retail price and w/ free Prime shipping, it was a no-brainer...like the go-rillah. I will buy it again from Amazon.

I love this💕
I love the flavor of this. I can add as little or as much as I want, to any dish I want. It doesn’t have a big bit to it, to most people it might be bland. In my older age I have had to go milder all along. This works so great. I hope they just don’t stop making it.
