Are the wheels easily crushed? what is the material？

NO. The wheels are wide, very heavy duty and I believe a polyurethane coated wheel.

Does the paint come off easily？

No the paint does not come off easily. It is powder coated.

Does this dolly cart work with the 12T heavy machine?

sure, but you might need 3 or 4.

I need to transport some large boxes, will this dolly skate hold one in each of the four corners?

YES they will. Not sure how big your boxes are. I got them to roll a 20,000# machine on a cement floor. I have used them multiple times. The roller design requires a cement floor that is clean. No rocks, gravel or raised debris that is hard. They roll very well even with 20,000#'s on them.
