Black Series Two-Player Set Electronic Laser Tag

I was pleasantly surprised by these. They work very well - successful "hits" at 25 feet. You get 6 shots and then you need to "reload" by pumping it like a shotgun, which is very cool (the gun makes a blaster noise and lights up with each shot, then the tone changes and no light when you need to reload). Once you make six hits on your opponents vest, you win (the vest vibrates and lights up with each hit, then plays a little tune after the 6th hit). My only complaint is that the waist strap needs to be threaded through a buckle (rather than a snap or velcro) behind the back, which is virtually impossible for a child to do unassisted. The kids really enjoy this (and admittedly, I do too)!

I am confused. I just received what you see in the picture. I am hoping it is just an Amazon shipping error and not false advertising. It is too close to Christmas for nonsense.Update: I sent this back in exchange for the item pictured in the posting and got the same thing again. If you want the item that is in the picture order the SHARPER IMAGE Two-Player Toy Laser Tag Gun Blaster & Vest Armor Set for Kids. I am just glad this happened in time for me to remedy the situation and get my kid the right toy for Christmas.I hope this is sufficient warning to all other parents.

I like the guns but purchased it because it says it has infrared lights on it, which it doesn’t so I’m not too happy about that. Thought the first set I got it was just a dud but I got another set and same thing, very misleading, other than that, the boys still play with it, they are just really bummed the set doesn’t really have infrared even though the box says it does🤔

It’s okay but the most exciting part would have been if it actually had a laser....I purchased three and none of them have and actually laser pointer. I might be missing something but I can find out how to contact anyone to ask. The back lights up when you shoot but there is no laser when point the gun to show you were you are pointing

Sent this for my twin grandkids 8th birthday present. It was a hit at their party and their 3 yr old brother enjoyed this gift as well. This gift made me a cool Nana.

The set I purchased does not have a laser but the box says it is supposed to have one.
