I can fit more fans and they run faster, so cool is good.
my fans run faster and I am not bothered by no fan speed control or increased noise with the fan running full bore.

Wired backwards. Double check yours.
Came wired to the 3.3V side not the 12V side. I fixed it myself. My reason for this review is to hopefully help some people in the future. Most of my fans would power up but run slowly. Some fans only requiring 2.5V to start. My newer silent fans required 4.5V to start. I suspect some people may have this same issue but not knowing that their fans aren't spinning as fast as they should.
