The Cedar smell is refreshing. When You spray it, the cedar smell is present. It's NOT too strong or overpowering. Just Right. I sprayed the wooden part of the shoe bench. It's an inviting fragrance as you enter the mud room or even front door shoe rack (wood bases).

Cedar fresh is a great product that smell smells just like fresh cedar, but it feels very oil based even though when you shake the bottle it seems to be water-based but overall when you feel the substance on your fingertips, it feels like oil for aromatherapy package came unopened and nothing seems to be leaking or broke so far I have used only three sprays and it has not put a dent into the bottle. I would for sure recommend this and buy this again. My only concern is if this is in the sun too long if I keep this in the car, I just hope it would not expand or pop the bottle and it would be better if this was in a glass bottle, especially for this to be such an expensive product, but it smells great. The sellers would have so many more customers if this was in a glass bottle. For now I’m using these on cedar blocks for furniture and backpacks. It does a great job of deodorizing a lot of odors but you really don’t need more than two sprays most of the time

i’ve been using the HOUSEHOLD ESSENTIALS Cedar Power spray for a few weeks, and overall it’s a solid product. The cedar scent is natural and refreshing—perfect for closets and drawers. Ease of Use: Super easy! The spray nozzle works smoothly and delivers a fine mist. No clogging or awkward pumping needed. Leakage: I did notice a bit of leakage around the nozzle after the first few uses. It’s not a dealbreaker, but I recommend storing it upright to avoid drips. Stickiness: The spray dries quickly and doesn’t leave any sticky residue, even on wood or fabric. That was a big plus for me. Weight: The bottle is lightweight and easy to handle, even with one hand. Great for quick spritzes around the house. I’m giving it 4 stars mainly due to the minor leaking issue, but otherwise, it’s a great addition for keeping things smelling fresh naturally.

Because there are so many variables, I can’t say what role this has played in keeping my closet moth free. I can say that it has a cedar odor and I like having it in a spray form that I can reapply whenever I want.

This cedar spray works well on the inside of my 60 year old cedar chest. I spray the whole inside of the cedar chest, let it dry and immediately can put my clothes in it. I use this twice a year, once in the winter months and then in the spring and summer months. You can get two full years of use with this spray. Highly recommended!

Does not have a fresh cedar smell that I have experienced with other cedar products. Very faint does not last long! Wish it did! But it is not an offense scent.

I do love this product. I’ve purchased it three times, starting in 2012, and ordered multiple bottles the last time. It has such an effective and lasting fragrance with one or two quick sprays, and lasts very well. I recently ordered a different brand (Cedar Prower) since I could not immediately locate Cedar Fresh on Amazon and the other is in a 4 oz bottle vs. the 2 oz for Cedar Fresh; however, Cedar Prower simply does not compare with the Cedar Fresh by Household Essentials— it is not as effective, and requires numerous sprays. I’m keeping it, but will not buy Cedar Prower again- annd it is unclear where it’s made. Additionally, the Cedar Fresh (both varieties) are made in the USA!!!!! Wow- that’s a real win for us. I’m ordering more of the Cedar Fresh in the lavender/cedar fragrance. Please continue to make this product. I do note that it has increased in price by approximately 30% in 2 years like everything else, but it is worth it.

Been battling with clothes moths for a while. Didn't want to use traditional moth balls because they stink and I was worried that breathing the fumes could affect the health of my cats, as well as my own. Tried lavender sachets, etc., but nothing worked as well as using this spray to refresh cedar planks, in conjunction with diligent vacuuming and moth patrol sessions. The smell is strong, at first but not chemically smelling. I rather like the smell. I have used both the regular and lavender versions of this spray, and find they work equally well. I just wish it wasn't quite so pricey, but since I spray it onto cedar blocks, a little goes a long way.

My go to for spraying on cedar balls to have in the wardrobe and linen closet. It's also great as a general room freshener spray and adds a calming and clean scent to the room. Highly recommend this authentic pure cedar spray.
