Excelente
Su calidad es excelente, no se siente frágil o que se vaya a romper aún si te sientas sobre el, la textura ayuda bastante y no se deforma. Lo recomiendo

Good for bad DOMS
The rigid pattern helps you roll out knots and crack your back. I’ve tried other firm foam rollers before and this is the first i’ve liked. The first time i used it, it was very painful but each day it got better. I get bad DOMS from weight training so this is a great tool for me.

Very firm
I am liking this roller. It is very firm material so be aware if you want something a little softer. I lost my original triggerpoint roller (black). I think I probably prefer the black one to this but the quality on both of them is excellent and they will last for years.
