I bought one of these for my desk at work and have since bought several more as gifts for other people. You do need to setup an account but there is no subscription for what I would consider basic features like other frames. Super simple to share a code and invite others to contribute photos. Picture quality is great. Audio quality is okay, but I kind of hate when people put videos with audio on these frames anyway. Lots of control over how the photos show up, so they crop to fill the screen, show the full photo with black in the areas that are blank, or do a blurred version to fill the empty space. You can quickly hide photos you don’t want to see if someone happens to put a photo on the frame you don’t want. Easily put photos on with a micro SD cards or the frameo app. You can also make a backup onto a micro SD card of all the photos on the frame which is an awesome feature. Supports photos, video, and honestly has just about every feature you could want accessible through the touch screen. I believe these are just Android tablets rooted to run just the frameo app. Not sure what the specs on the tablet are, but doesn’t matter much as it works really well. I use mine at my desk for work and in the hospital while recovering from surgery and it was so nice to have. You can swipe through pictures too. Great to have for myself as well as a conversation starter as different photos pop up. We used one at my father I laws funeral and just for that it’s worth it. You can send out the code and have everyone send their photos to the frame. Makes collecting photos from everyone really easy. Can also be used for trade shows to easily have small digital signage. I have used other digital picture frames and they either don’t have enough features or have features locked by a subscription service. I wouldn’t buy a digital picture frame unless it’s running the frameo app.

I’ve had this almost 2 years. Bought it on sale for $40. I barely use it. But it still displays all the photos of memories I’ve had over the last few years, and it’s easy as hell for other family members or friends to upload photos. I still randomly get uploads from my moms and sister and it’s much more fun getting them instead of getting a normal picture message on ur phone. I have mine hanging on the wall cuz I lost the stand for it during a move. Once you set it up, it’s pretty much good to go. And even if you unplug it; it should boot right back up to where it was and will save all ur photos. You need to create a Frameo account to use it, but it’s painless and takes minutes.

This is one of several Frameo digital frames I have purchased in the past 2 years. The frame is super easy to set up with minimal technology expertise. Works without a memory card. You can use the Frameo app to upload pictures and you can share a QR code with others so they can upload pictures too. You can set up to allow pictures to come through or pick and choose which photos you want to keep. Simple settings. The only caution is apparently the frame could stop working if you unplug from the power supply without turning off. I have made this mistake with my own frame and it still works, but I do warm others that I have gifted the frame to, telling them just to leave it alone or power off before unplugging. You can send 10 photos at a time from your phone (which is typically how I send them) and the transfer is instant as long as the frame is connected to WiFi. You can adjust your photos on the frame if you want to change rotation or size. When the WiFi is off or not connected, you can still see your photos. The settings are easy and the options are nice, including how long each photo stays in the frame and then advances. I have mine set up to show the time and temp in a corner which is a nice feature that can also be hidden. The frame lets you know (with a small corner message) when someone send you a new photo. For me, the ease of use and price point make this a great little frame!

I absolutely love these digital frames! I originally bought and gave one to my mom, we loved it! So now we currently own 5 of them, and we just purchased the newest one to give as a gift to Kim's parents—we truly love them! The entire experience of owning a Frameo has been fantastic: Effortless Sharing: Configuring the frames, updating them, and sharing pictures is incredibly smooth and easy. It’s the perfect way to send instant updates to family, especially my mom. Wonderful Quality: The 10.1-inch Wood IPS HD screen looks great, and the auto-rotate and touch screen features make it user-friendly for everyone. My only small frustration is the app's limitation: the cloud backup feature only supports 5 devices at a time. It's definitely something to note if you plan on buying as many of these fantastic frames as we have for your extended family! Conclusion: This is a spectacular product and the easiest, most rewarding way we've found to keep our family's photos and memories flowing. Highly, highly recommend!

the software is easy to use, i havent gotten any notification saying that it needs space so im guessing the photo capacity is pretty good. i would say that it feels a bit flimsy, material wise, but i still pretty happy with it. i feel like fio the money you oay for it, it gets the job done and its nice to have a slide show if the family in the living room. One thing though, VIDEOS! i feel like it should be able to take linger videos! The so called videos are more like gifs instead of videos! other than that, pretty good!

When it was working, I loved this frame and even upgraded to a Frameo+ subscription. It's a great way to share photos within our family. So enjoyable to see the rotation of photos everyday. It worked perfectly until it didn't! Went black suddenly like a light bulb that burnt out. None of the prescribed troubleshooting actions have worked. So I was trying to get more help but can't find a way to contact the seller or manufacturer. The product did come with a one-year warranty, but I still wouldn't have expected it to die so soon. Of course a warranty is only good if you can submit a claim. I couldn't contact the manufacturer, so with much difficulty, I was able to finally get through to a human at Amazon customer service. Even as a high frequency Amazon Prime customer, it's difficult to get through all of their intentional deterrents and routing you in circles before you can actually talk to a human. Once you do get to an actual associate, they are usually amazing customer service agents. The guy who helped me today was good per usual, but had to escalate it up the ladder and now I'm waiting to hear back from someone. I'll update this post when I have a resolution.
