I was excited when I received my package cos I really liked the machine, but all that excitement went away when I tried to used the karaoke machine. First when I turned it on, you could tell that the sound quality is bad. It has some cracking sounds coming from it. Tried to use the YouTube, omg the tablet is sooooooo slow, it too me almost 2hrs just to update the the YouTube. Finally it was updated now I can't even browse through the YouTube, the tablet froze . I kept trying, Finally I gave up. I'm going to try again today if it's still giving me a hard time I'm just going to return it. Cheap tablet for the prize of the karaoke machine. Not worth the money. Update If you know your way around the machine, you can set the sound to you satisfaction. The remote barely responds, the sound is good, the mic 🎤 is good but the android tablet is horrible. Very slow. It can take 2 or more minutes for the machine to come up and almost 3 minutes for the YouTube to load to start up your karaoke. Navigating omg I can't even start to explain. I really love it and want to keep it but I still have to return. Just too much hassle for a karaoke machine.

Worth every penny. It sounds clear and very loud.

The features and specs of this machine looked good when researching karaoke machines. But this machine just doesn't deliver. The speakers get loud but it is very poor audio quality. Lots of grimacing looks as we tried to raise the volume louder. Mics felt like they were well made but did not have good quality when singing. The big screen is just a tablet and is pretty slow and hard to use. For the money, we found it would be better to just buy a high quality speaker and connect to our own laptop and microphones.

I bought this for her party and I was so disappointed. It took forever to get online with the Internet and it moves so slowly you couldn’t get a song loaded up. You couldn’t hunt for anything you just couldn’t use it we tried for days to get it to work and we just could not get it to work so I packed it up and shipped it back to him. Maybe you’ll have better luck but I didn’t have any luck at all. >

The machine itself, the speaker and the microphones are all excellent quality. My complaint is with the software that runs it. It’s horribly slow, freezes all the time and is very frustrating when you’re having a party. I wish these companies would stop cheating out of the components that matter

Love this but unfortunately one of the microphone holder broke ugh. Trying to figure out if you can get another microphone holder to replace the broken one. In all my friends and I enjoy this very much. It was easy to hook up to WiFi. Just don't like how the time changes. Should have a saved so when you turn it back on the time is still the same..First picture the time is right. I turned it off n turn back on look at the time now. Like come on should stay on the right time. I can't figure out how to keep the right time on. I have done everything thing. N still turn off n turn on its, wrong time and year. But other than the time , my friends and I have a great time with it. Well worth the money. I give a 4 star because of the time not staying also because the microphone holder broke. .

The worst karaoke machine on the market. Extremely slow on loading everything. For the price it is not worth spending. Everything is so slow and keep on getting stuck or freezing. Bought this almost a month and still couldn’t even get the Youtube app to update. Very frustrating! The karaoke machine from Sam’s club uas simpler features and work so much better than this expensive machine. Thought this machine is rechargeable but no. You have to hook up the power in order to use it. Save your money and get a different karaoke machine people
