Excellent build quality for this replacement cable for my Turtle Beach ® Headsets. I needed a replacement talkback cable for my Turtle Beach ® XP500 Headsets and this worked perfectly with it. I use the Turtle Beach ® XP500 Headsets for both my Microsoft Xbox 360 gaming console and Xbox one. With the Xbox 360 I have a bluetooth wireless adapter that lets me chat in-game. That same bluetooth adapter does not work with the Xbox one so that's where this talkback cable comes in handy! Thanks to this cable I can now in-game chat on the xbox one using my Turtle Beach ® XP500 Headsets. Pricing I believe is cheaper than the original cable from Turtle Beach ® and is about the going rate on the market for this type of cable. You won't get this cable any cheaper than what this seller is selling it for. Excellent and trusted seller as they were prompt to ship my item, packaged it well and arrived on time.

Product title was a bit misleading. Titled "Replacement Talkback Cable for Turtle Beach ® Headsets", it does not work with the Turtle Beach XP510. Was a bit disappointed in that, but that was my own stupid fault for not reading the product details a little better.

exactly what i needed. also it is a thicker gauge than the original one that came with my turtle beach XL1's. so im thinking it will be more durable and harder for the wiring to pull out from the plug in piece which is what i had happen with the original one.

We were told that the Turtle Beach headset we purchased wouldn't work with this for the Xbox One, however, it did just fine. Pretty simple, you need the converter for the Xbox One controller to be able to take the cable, but this works just fine with that. The mute and volume for the chat is on the adapter, so you don't need to worry about having those controls on the cable. Not much to it.

My son's Turtle Beach headphones with mic went out. He could hear sound but not at the same time he could talk through the mic. He could only do one of the other. We bought this cord since his cord connector had an issue (we thought). it made no difference. If you are having the same issue you may need to just spend the $30 for a new pair of headphones instead of the cord.

I was really disappointed with this cable. The connection on either end is loose, meaning it will just fall out of the sockets, unlike the original that came with my TB headset. There is no "click" when you insert it into the volume control and Xbox controller. Perhaps it will work with another audio application down the road....

It works but kind of stick inside the controller and the headset other than that you can't find this at any retail store so if you've broken the original this is a great replacement.
