The sound on my zoom calls were clear. My co-workers noticed a significant increase in my sound quality. The noise cancelation must work since no one can hear the rooster crow in the background. The usb-c is a solid connection and works seamless with my HP laptop. The mute, hook, and volume buttons work well with Teams and Zoom. The visual red light to indicate mute is very handy, no more looking for the window to mute/un-mute myself. I would buy again.

I have a boom mic, plantronics 5200 bluetooth headset, gaming headsets etc, none provide the ease of use that this microsoft headset does. I just plug it in and windows defaults to it. I have been having issues lately getting my bluetooth headset to work on teams calls and it completely stopped working for zoom. I know how to change the device in windows and in the teams/zoom/webex/anything else software but I was never confident and would have to test prior to each call... Now I just hop right on the call without fear. The inline control is outstanding. You can mute/unmute without being in the call window. Volume controls are great too. I wish my work bought these for all the employees rather than the expensive plantronic or jabra headsets.

I have a few wireless Bluetooth headsets but when your computer is using a lot of resources and you're stuck in a Teams meeting and can't leave your desk, nothing beats wired headsets. They just always work. This one fits well, is comfortable and is plug and play. Newer computers have USB-C ports which is what this uses. The volume and mute controls are in-line with the wire, which is convenient. I guess my only complaint about this headset is that the wire is too long for my personal preference. Do you really need a super long cable if you're in a Teams meeting, sitting at your desk in front of your computer, using your keyboard and looking at the screen? The wire is constantly hanging off of my desk and getting tangled up in my chair. I'm going to use a velcro tie to take up most of the slack on this cable. Other than that, I think this headset is nice and a good value for the money.

Crisp, clear sound, good mic, and comfortable on the ears. Purchased specifically for Teams meetings and exceeded my expectations. Good value for the money.

These have low volume in your ear and on the mic when used with a cell phone. I saw another review on here complaining about that and ordered them anyways. Oops. On a laptop, they sound fine but not great. Very slightly robotic mic. Noise cancellation is ok. They are really lightweight, which is nice. I ended up replacing these with a mid-tier Poly wired USB headset and it is way better. Everyone says my voice sounds more natural, and it works well on my cell phone and laptop.

This headset was purchased for my travels during work. It has seamless integration with Microsoft Teams and has great audio quality. As this headset covers both ears, it would be nice if you could hear your voice back in the headset. All in all a great headset!

Comfortable, great sound quality and sleek enough for my business calls. I have 2 sets of these one for the office and the other for my home office. Never have a problem connecting they automatically will do that through the computer. You can adjust the volume or turn off on your mike either on the screen or by the control.

Plugged it in, joined a teams meeting. No setup or messing with it. It just worked.

Been using for a few months now. Working really well. Just sometimes when it's a little too breezy it buzzes in the headphone. I guess the mic holes being on the outside causes this.

I like these but I’m finding them uncomfortable and not very loud ! Though they are easy to link up. The jury is still out. Hence 4 star

Great sound, super confortable and easy to hook up. Works well with teams and any other platform that can use a headset.
