Taking this with my adhd kids as zinc is helpful for balancing hormones and kids with adhd are often found to have zinc deficiencies. Seems to be helping everyone.

We haven’t gotten into winter here but no sickness so far after taking these! Taste is strong but my daughter is used to it by now. Happy with this and will be buying more
