Great machine and even better customer service
Great machine and even better customer service. This machine is so easy to put together and to use. Eight bolts, add some water and use. After use you lift the end up and it fits anywhere (takes up less than 2 square feet when stored). Very quite and soothing while you workout.

Beautiful and Solid Rowing Machine, But Could Use Better Electronics
I've been using this rower several times a week for 2+ months now with no problems. It works well and looks great. It arrived well packed with nothing broken, and I found it very easy to assemble, referring to the instruction sheet only a couple of times (but I have a lot of experience with IKEA products). My only suggestion is that they add some non-volatile memory to the electronics package so that users don't have to re-enter all their preferred settings at the beginning of each work-out session (e.g., session length, calories instead of distance, and such). It would also benefit from a better quality LCD display. The one they use is really hard to read until I bend down to view it head-on. Reading the display while I'm rowing is very nearly impossible. Fortunately, my Apple Watch is a far better fitness tracker, so the built-in electronics aren't a huge problem for me. Still, having better onboard electronics would've earned it that fifth star.

Disappointing - Awaiting Customer Service to update
Very disappointed.Within two weeks, one roller wheel has fallen off and continues to do so repeatedly upon reinstallation. *Awaiting Customer Service response*Foot straps are worthless. This was my one concern which received a positive customer review prior to purchase. Can only row for about 60-90 seconds between pausing to tighten footstraps.***I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT***

Good product but problems with how they pack and ship.
The machine arrived with the electronics broken. The FedEx me a replacement but it did not fit properly. They then sent the the proper replacement. The unit was pretty easy to put together but at first it appears like the rails will not fit but with a little effort it all comes together nicely. The workouts themselves are very good. The only other criticism are the straps that hold your feet in. It would be better if they had a Velcro snap and we're independent from each other. The one that comes with the unit is one piece for both feet and have a tendency to lossen up as you row.

You wont be disapointed.
This rower is amazing! It is beautiful, well made, and my rowing workouts are perfect for me. I had a few issues with how the railings fit and I didn't receive the rear separator piece. However, customer support resolved these issues quickly and to my satisfaction. Because of that, they deserve a high rating as it is good to measure how well a company responds to issues.

Good product, great support.
This machine was easy to put together and has a solid feel.It’s rows like butter and the sound of water is satisfying.I had some damage from shipping, but support was great and got me taken care of quickly.

Easy assembly with some adjustments
Initially I could not get one of the rails attached. Spoke with customer service and they walked me through some trouble shooting and solved the problem. There were several nicks on the rails but nothing significant that affected the way the product works. Customer service is very helpful by phone...do not try to contact with any of the email addresses, I never heard back at all going that route.

Glad I spent the money!
Love it! Been doing 5days a week since it came- a month ago- relatively easy to assemble and a dream to use. New to rowing and quickly went from 2.5k to 4.5k workouts...and look forward to it!
