Can you wash As any normal sports bra?

I’m not sure if there’s an option to wash it in the washing machine so you’ll have to check online but I do know that the best option is to hand wash it. Just soap and hot water in the sink and let it dry on a radiator or a washing line. This is the best advice I can give you.

I have quite a large chest (38 G) would this bind be effective in compressing my chest?

This binder is not as effective on bigger chests. I have quite a big chest as well and it was uncomfortable and didn’t compress well at all. For a very large chest, I don’t recommend it.
