I had cancer 6.5 years ago and used these strips to discover that my ph was 4.5, which was much lower than normal and very acidic. I continue to use them to monitor my ph level which rose back to normal during iodine supplementation and has remained normal since. They are easy to use and easy to read.

I tested with saliva as the instructions say and all I have is a wet paper strip. No color change. I noticed that it says to use in one year and there something that looks like dates that date back to 2010. I can't read what the info actually is because it is in Chinese.

I've only used it once so far and don't know if I will see any difference over time.

Supposed to be able to keep Litmus strips and use them within 2 to 3 years. Last time I purchased some was in 2014 and they don't expire until September 2017. I purchased these last week and they expire in October 2017.

Doesnt change color with any water from a bottle or faucet..
