Amaryllis Apple Blossom Growing Kit-Includes: Big Apple Blossom Bulb, Plastic Pot and Saucer, and Professional Growing Medium

This plant is a delight! I followed the directions to prepare it for planting and am totally pleasedwith the results. I love amaryllis and I am thrilled with the fact that it has two flower stems and has grown about a half inch every day. It likes light but not direct sun at this point of growth.

My bulb came quickly and was already sprouted when it arrived. I planted it in a ceramic pot for easier watering. In about 3 weeks the first two buds blossomed beautifully. There are about 4 more unopened buds, plus it’s putting up a second flower stalk that will probably have another 4-5 blossoms. Very satisfied.

I should not even give it a one star, but I am feeling generous! Bulb caameith mild growing in it and squishy! Shameful the amount of poor quality items that are shipped these days. I very rarely have problems on Amazon , but this was a lose all the way around! DO NOT BUY!! Just flush the money in the toilet’ easier and save you hassle

I planted the bulb in the included growing media on December the 2nd, and as of January 2nd, there was no sign of life from the bulb. I notified Amazon that I was returning the bulb for replacement. On January 7th, I went to pack up the bulb for return to Amazon, and noticed a small spot of green at the top of the bulb. I decided to wait a bit to see if the bulb was dead. On January 15th, there is a leaf that is about 5 or 6 inches tall growing out of the bulb.So, I cancelled the Amazon return. Apparently, it can take over a month for the bulb to show signs of life, and I just didn't wait long. enough for this one.l I've grown amaryllis flowers in the past, but never had to wait over a month for the bulb to show life.So don't give up on your amaryllis bulb too soon...

Lovely pink bloom, altho the container was split, it hasn't affected the plant's performance! I repaired container with tape; will order again from this seller.

I gave this as a gift. I am getting pictures, and the plant, but especially the flowers are stunning. My aunt loves it.
