The ingredients seem extremely low dosages. For example, studies talk about 4g of a single amino acid -- this has 155mg per ingredient -- and not all nine essentials amino acids are even in this product. Combined just 2g?! How can this possibly make a difference?Instead of 4 tablets per day shouldn't it more like 30 to actually meet the dosages of clinical trials?

This product was excellent I been taking it every day since I purchased. I have an increase of energy and muscle stability I feel stronger and better this amino acid has helped improve my overall health along with taking my other vitamins just the source I needed I have already told my friends and they have purchased it as well I stand by this product and will continue to order as long as its available.

The pills have a very smooth capsule but are a little large when taking 4-4x per day. I’m only taking 2-1x per day as a supplement because I generally eat a well balanced diet. I am loosing weight and use this to help my body maintain muscle so I’m loosing fat , not muscle. I believe it’s doing it’s job for my purposes.
