Great for customizing to your taste
This was my first time trying a bone broth base like this, and at first I wasn't sure how I felt about it. On its own, it tasted like straight beef stock, no garlic, no onion, and lower sodium than I expected. This was a surprise to me after years of using Better Than Bullion. It gives you a blank canvas to build your own flavor depending on what you're cooking or craving that day. Once I started adding my own spices, I realized how flexible it is. I've been drinking it regularly for my OMAD routine and it's been great, satisfying, easy to digest, and way better for me (and my wallet) than relying on packaged soups. A little goes a long way, too, so I feel like I'll get plenty of mileage out of one jar. Definitely planning to pick up more when I run out.

Excellent flavor complexity
Fantastic flavor boost to ramen soups. I use mine in a the Shin Black variety along with egg yolk. Adds a depth of flavor and brings out a more complex spice profile. Perfect for comfort quality is excellent as far as value it’s in the category of a true bone broth so the flavor is more complex than a simple sodium blast from bullion.

Best Ever!
I can't stand bouillon pastes, or crystals, usually. Most have a metallic, or salt-loaded, taste. I tested a teaspoon of the beef Zoup in a cup of hot water. I couldn't believe the real beef flavor, without the saltiness. Made a nice sipping broth. A little goes a long way. I'm going to try the Chicken, next.

My new intermittent fasting friend!!!
Love, love, love! I have been looking for a sugar free, keto friendly broth to enjoy while intermittent fasting. This is it! I love the flavor and I can take it to work, heat some up and it feels like I had a hearty soup when I need to break up my water fast a bit. It's a little pricey, but I really enjoy it. What a lifesaver on fasting days!

best broth base
i love zoup broth bases! these are made without any garbage or fillers. i'm a type 1 diabetic and this is the only broth base i've found that doesn't spike my bloodsugar. good value and one of these containers usually lasts a few months. the taste & smell are fantastic.
