Buyer beware
As others have written...one size does not fit all. I'm a mid-sized guy ( 40R) brace is way too small. Might fit a skinny teenager, but not adults. Hey Seller: thanks for nothing. Buyer beware.

NOT FOR ME,
one size fits all is pretty wrong It does not fit me and I fall within the guidelines it should fit nicely, I did not return or try to as will safe for my wife in case she has issues in the future, Beware,

Uncomfortable to Wear
Was very uncomfortable to wear as it pinched my underarm. It did help my shoulder some, but the comfort factor made it hard to wear for any length of time.
