They are painted with multiple thin layers of paint. NEVER cakey or thick. They are sanded smooth, washed with an antique finish and then and sealed with wax so they feel smooth to the touch. We do NOT SPRAY PAINT. These are all painted by hand with high quality paints. This is a deep TEAL color with lots of green and blue hues. Set measures approx. 6 inches tall and 2 inches in diameter. All sets are in good condition. They have a stopper in the bottom of the salt shaker and the grinder works well. They are sealed with a wax, so will be resistant to water spills. Clean with a damp soft cloth. Do NOT immerse in water. This is a MADE TO ORDER ITEM. The set you receive will be the same size, general style and design, but may have MINOR differences. It will have one shaker and one grinder. Because this is made after purchase, please contact us if you need a different color! We are happy to change that for you.
