I have bought 4 of these so far and it works well with my clover POS. Very easy to install.

Works with the clover system
We tried the Star WiFi printer but it kept losing connection so I purchased this cat-5 wired printer, ran the wire, and plugged it in. Five months in we haven’t lost one order to the vapors - this printer just works and works and works. It is a workhorse with no apparent weaknesses.

Do not recommend - rarely stays connected.
Absolutely hate this printer. I had a Star printer before that was hardwired into the computer and never had an issue. Purchased the Wi-Fi to use with our tablet when processing sales on Shopify app. Rarely stays connected, often have to power cycle, and sometimes then it still won't work. I should have tried the bluetooth option.

Printer worked great once I figured out how to install it.
Print quality, print speed, and ease of use is perfect. Zero complaints there. Installing the driver and software on the other hand was less than straight forward. I was unable to figure it out after two days, and our tech guy spent one whole day working on it before it functioned properly.I'll still buy more of these in the future, but making the driver and software more readily available in it's fully updated form would make this product a must for any sales operation.

Plug and play
I was so afraid I’d have trouble setting this up because of the mixed reviews but it was so easy—plug & play. I am using an iPad 9 and a Star Tronics cash drawer.

Muy buena impresora para imprimir tickets térmicos, buena calidad, solo el precio lo considero muy alto, pero es buan herramienta para el negocio, el Bluetooth funciona bien!
