If I could give this product zero stars I would...First the instructions are terrible with no mention of the veticke clearance required to assemble the units once the anchors are on the wall.Second the pieces do not fit together as designed - you need to bend the arms to get the top bracket to securing the self to connect them.Finally the dimensions listed on the box and website are wrong. Once assembled the shelf sticks out over 20 inches from the wall, not 16!I got more satisfaction in smashing the whole damn thing than trying to get my money back. Now off to patch the holes left in my wall and try to find a better product to replace it.

Able to mount directly to dry wall. It is recommended to mount to a stud because the dry wall option only allows for a ~10lb weight limit. Cable management doesn't work well with tons of cables or extremely thick cables (i.e. over priced Monster cables). I purchased two shelves and one of those two came in with damaged parts. Cambre's customer service was top notch and replaced my damaged parts within a couple of days. Canadians really know how to treat their customers. Best experience. Oh, and these look great mounted under a 60" Samsung Plasma.

Good quality, strong. Hides wires well. Easy to install. The "columns" are actually rubber channels for the wires. They are not part of the shelf support. Very satisfied. Matches high gloss black TVs very well.

This unit was pictured in the detailed description as a two shelf unit. It arrived as one shelf and the glass was shattered. The packaging was horrible - a smaller box inside a larger one with no packing around it so it moved freely inside the larger box. A 3rd grader could have packed this better. This is not typical of my experience with an Amazon shipped product. Amazon handled the return flawlessly. Amazon claims to have corrected the description.

I'll start by saying if 4 1/2 stars was an option, that would have been my vote. The only thing I disliked about it was the shelf bumpers included with the kit. These are mounted between the glass shelf and the shelf brackets. Not implying that it wouldn't work well, I just think it would be better to cover the full metal arm holding the glass shelf. So I personally threw them away, and used some strips of insulation material on the arms.I'm using it for fairly large rear channel speakers, so I'm not using the plastic covers. The wall brackets are only about 4 inches high, so they aren't really noticeable.This shelf isn't designed for a heavy load, and in front of the mounting brackets is 15 inches of shelf space. I only mention this because I actually weighed and measured the items I was going to place on this shelf. Weight rating is published, but free shelf space in front of mounting brackets wasn't. I had 1 1/2 inches to spare.Good product, a little high priced for some, but all in all it was what I was looking for.

This shelf is both functional and sturdy. I would recommend this shelf to anyone. It looks great holding my audio video components.

The shelf is as described. It seems to be of highly quality with thick, heavy glass, and a solid mounting system.
