Easy to assemble. Instructions very clear. Wobbles slightly so added washers to tighten screws that connect the table hinges which came preassembled. I also added heavy duty locking casters in the legs pre drilled holes. The multi functional use, 47.5” x 28” space and that it folds to hide under a sofa or store in a closet is why I selected this table. I am satisfied with the quality but realize I should have considered the smaller Sew Ready Rollaway II table that is conveniently shipped assembled. I prefer the Rollaway sleeker table design.

This table is perfect for a sewing table. With 3 drawers and a shelf everything is in easy reach. Cords are managed via a hole they thread through and keeps them contained and out of the way. Table is perfect size and fits easy in small spaces and is easily put together. This table is very sturdy and is priced very well. I recommend this product.

I bought this back on Prime day in 2017. Apparently the manufacturer has made some improvements with assembly, because mine was missing one screw hole on each side for attaching the legs. I was able to drill a shallow hole on each side so I could assemble it. It is a heavy table and the instructions (at least back then) said to have someone help with turning it upright. I had no problem with that and the room where I set it up is carpeted. My main complaint, apart from initial assembly, is that the adjustable shelf for the machine won't go low enough to have my Husqvarna sit level with the surface of the table. It sits about two inches above. I'm a quilter, so that is an inconvenience. It is a sturdy table and I'm pleased with it otherwise. Once folded down, it is awkward and a bit heavy to move. Maybe the table is made more cheaply now; so after reading some negative reviews I decided to write mine, even if it is eight years later.

After assembling and checking all mounting screws were tight, I began to turn the table over to stand up, then all of a sudden, the legs pulled out of the wood with the cams. Not something I'd want my $1300 sewing machine to sit on. Sent bac to Amazon right away.

I have been looking for a sewing table with a drop-down shelf to position my machine even with the surface of the table top that also provided a large working surface, and I looked at many. This sewing table is just perfect for my needs. It is durable, well made, and does NOT shake or wobble. The shelf for my machine is very roomy and holds the weight of my Baby Lock Brilliant without issue, and it looks great in my space.It was very easy to assemble; I am almost 70 years old and have had both knees replaced so it took longer to put together than it would have 10 years ago! Well worth the price!I am very pleased with my purchase!

The media could not be loaded. Bottom line: it’s a fairly cheap folding table so if that’s what you’re looking for, this will probably work. Tabletop looks and feels like wood chipboard with vinyl over the top. There are no structural supports under the table top so it flexes quite a bit depending on the speed you’re sewing (see video). The legs seem fairly well made and are probably the nicest part of the table, though they are minimally welded.The sewing machine/keyboard shelf is adjustable but tightening it in place flexes the mounting brackets.This specific version has no storage compartments and is just a table top with a tray that can be lowered.It will probably hold up to periodic light duty sewing and crafts and it is light weight so that’s a bonus. If you’re looking for something sturdy to leave set up long term I’d keep looking.

As far as assembly, and expectations:Assembly was a breeze. The instructions were simple and had plenty of pictures. The parts are all organized and numbered. The table feels solid the feet are adjustable to stop any wobbling. If i had any request for the company, rubber or plastic stoppers for the draws instead of screws which can scratch the powder coating on the draws with the threads. And although every machine is different maybe a few rubber washer options to make the lift more flush with the table for those that feel its a must. Still, those are personal recommendations. I would approve of this table as a laptop table for sure, but not to do you the reader a disservice, the machine is new and untested as well, so as a sewing table you’ll have to wait for me to update my review.
