Maggots!
There were crawling maggots in my chocolate

Unsatisfying chocolate/coffee combination. The primary impression I have is that of cocoa butter. The macadamia content is a nice accent. Unfortunately, the Kona coffee flavor tastes like canned milk coffee with heavy sweetening. The chocolate flavor is completely lost. This isn't a "bad" candy bar, but I'd rather not finish the first bar of this 12 pack.

Kona Bar listened and fixed this problem
I had the same problem with the maggots in December 2015, only in the macadamia nut bars. I contacted Kona Bar and informed them. They blamed Amazon's storage and informed me all their bars will now be vacuum packed. The new bars I received last week were great and Kona was terrific when I contacted them.
