Man, this made the most red velvet cake that I have EVER made. It makes the stuff I buy at the grocery store look like water. Loved it. Didn't add any taste to the cake. Will use again and again.

Great color! Made a red, white and blue cake for the 4th and the red was deep and rich. I was afraid of it looking more pink, but it was true red.

This is a thick, paste-like food coloring and is very RED. I ordered it to make a red velvet cake for my husband's birthday but realized I should have ordered more. I used up all of the food coloring in the small bottle and had to add some other red food coloring to make up the difference. It didn't seem to make a difference in the vivid red color of the cake, but I suggest ordering more if you are using it for a red velvet cake.

As expected. Vibrant color, but you have to add a lot to get true red. No bitter aftertaste.

Amazing. I used to use wilton gel because it was available in my grocery store. Switched to this after 3 failed attempts to make a properly red frosting. Finally got it with this and couldn't be happier! Used about 3-4 squeezes for 2 cups of buttercream
